I thought there were only 1~2 pieces of beef noodle, but I didn’t realize that there were 5 pieces.

One of the slices was already eaten by me!

The beef tendon is well braised, not too dry.

It doesn’t get stuck in your teeth, and there is no tendon that you can’t bite through.

It’s not melt-in-your-mouth, but it’s close enough to be tasty.

Though the beef noodle is in a small bowl, the serving size of the noodle is quite large.

The noodles are tasty and the soup is dark in color.

The pork dumplings at Takatana Beef Noodles are also highly recommended.
